At just 4.5 pounds, we found the perfect weight to easily maneuver around the stovetop, oven, and grill, while retaining the heft needed for high-heat searing.
• NATURALLY NONSTICK & NONTOXIC: Field Skillets come pre-seasoned with organic grapeseed oil. As you cook your pan will develop more seasoning, becoming more nonstick over time without any toxic chemicals. All our products are entirely PFOA & PTFE free.
• 100% MADE IN THE USA: Our cast iron is made in American from start to finish and poured using green sand castings—just like the most celebrated American vintage cast iron manufacturers, Griswold and Wagner.
• WORKS ON ALL COOKTOPS & GRILLS: Compatible with all burner types, including induction, glass, and ceramic — a lightweight, smooth cast iron frying pan built for every kitchen.
• SUSTAINABLY PRODUCED & ISO CERTIFIED: Scrap iron is remelted for future pours and sand from the castings is continuously cycled back into production with zero waste. Every iron pour at our foundry is sampled and tested to ensure the highest standards.
